myhealthpeptides.co.uk is operated by My Health Peptides Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Company number and registered address to be confirmed.
Orders and payment
An order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm receipt of payment. Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable.
Payment is by UK bank transfer using the order reference provided. Orders that remain unpaid after 7 days are cancelled and any reserved stock is released.
Research use
All products are supplied subject to our research use policy. You confirm that you meet its conditions each time you place an order.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price paid for the products concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under English law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
