Orders paid before 12:00 UK time, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays), are dispatched the same working day. Payments matched after the cut-off are dispatched the next working day.

UK delivery is by Royal Mail Tracked 24 and costs £4.99. Delivery is free on orders over £50 after any discount. We currently deliver to UK addresses only.

If your parcel has not arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with your order reference and photos where relevant. We will reship free of charge once the carrier investigation confirms the loss or damage.

To protect the integrity of temperature-sensitive research materials, opened or unsealed products cannot be returned. Unopened products in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery; please contact us first for a returns reference.
